Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original CRAFTD packaging, ensuring all tags and protective pouches are included to maintain eligibility for a refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
